These Suckers are Big and Slow

Sizes listed below are for the geometry only and do not include the many tens of kbytes of textures associated with each.

If you are using WebSpace, turn on the headlight. Choose optimize frame rate so that the textures disappear while moving (unless you are a glutton for punishment), and make liberal use of the seek tool. Try using the walk viewer.

Now with GIF textures. These are about one tenth the size of the RGB textures that we used previously, and are supported by more browsers.
